Submit a support request
Once you’re signed in, click the “support request” button, enter the details of your issue,
and
save the request. We will contact you via telephone as soon as you’re at the top of the queue.
Run the helpski Assist App from your service request, and we’ll ask you for the code so we
can
connect to your computer. It’s that easy!
